A discrepancy or difference in length can be present from birth due to a slight difference in the alignment of your hips, or it can develop over time due to wear and tear on the pelvis. Did You Know?
More than 50% of people have a subtle difference in the length of their legs
A discrepancy in leg length can be caused by an operation like a hip replacement
Orthotics and heel lifts can have an instant impact combatting pain
Some people are simply born with a discrepancy due to unaligned hips
How Severe Can Leg Length Discrepancy Get?
A severe case of LLD can mean the little leg is so far behind the big leg that the in-shoe equivalent of standing on a box would need to be implemented. This is most common among children who display the symptoms early.
For most people, a minor discrepancy can be treated using a heel lift or adjustable insole.

I have 15mm heel lifts. Which are the best insoles to put in your shoe to go with these? I feel heel pain not a great deal but some cushioning would be great.
