Podotech Low Density, High Raise Metatarsal Pads

Customisable insoles are fantastic when it comes to finding the right level of support and comfort that you need. But getting the right combination of height and softness can be a hard task.

The Podotech Low Density High Raise Metatarsal Pads are designed to do just that. Despite being made of a soft foam in order to provide comfort, the high raise of the pad means it provides a good level of correction for the foot.

Who can benefit from the Metatarsal Pads?

The metatarsal pads are suitable for a wide number of people due to the combination of support and comfort they offer. The pad is made from a soft foam, ensuring comfort for the metatarsal area of the foot. This is important due to the way this area is prone to discomfort and pain caused through the pressure placed on the forefoot.

The pad has a high raise to it though. This enhances the amount of correction that it gives to the foot, making it appropriate for anyone who requires this correction.

Features of the Metatarsal Pads

The pads are made from a low density soft foam in order to provide comfort and support.

They are available in a wide range of sizes to ensure the best fit.

The Low Density High Raise Metatarsal Pads are supplied in packs of ten.

Where Should I Apply the Metatarsal Supports?

These metatarsal supports should be placed at the beginning of your arch near the forefoot. The flatter edge should be positioned just behind your metatarsal heads at the ball of your foot, with the tapered edge pointing towards your heel. The diagram below shows a general guide that will vary based on your insoles and foot shape.
