How Do I Use the Heel Cushions?
To use the RX heel inserts, place them at the back of your shoes, with the green side facing upwards. If the cushions are a little too big, they can be trimmed down to size.
How Thick Are the Heel Cushions?
Each heel cushion measures 6.86cm (1/4 inch). This provides reliable cushioning, and can also be used to offer a slight heel lift.
How Do I Wash the Heel Inserts?
The Spenco heel inserts can be hand washed in warm water. They must then be air dried before use.
