Who Can Use the Spenco RX Insoles?
Designed for optimal support underfoot, the Spenco RX Orthotics are ideal for individuals with low, flat, or flattened arches. This is particularly useful if you suffer from plantar fasciitis or general arch pain or strain. They also help to reduce pronation or overpronation, improving the stability of your foot, and in turn reducing any associated pain.
Should I Choose the Full Or 3/4-Length Insoles?
The insoles are available in two styles to ensure the most comfortable fit in a range of shoe types. The full-length orthotics are ideal for wearing in most footwear, including casual shoes, sports shoes, and boots. The 3/4-length insoles are better for shoes with narrower toes where a full-length insole might not otherwise fit.
How Do I Adjust the Insoles?
If you find that the orthotic insoles are not providing the right support, they can be placed in boiling water for two minutes and then bent into the desired shape. Hands should be protected with gloves or a towel during this process.
SpenCore for Impact Absorption
The Spenco Orthotic Arch Support Insoles feature a special layer of SpenCore material that is specifically designed to absorb shock and impact, in turn providing optimal comfort underfoot. The Silpure antimicrobial fabric also helps to prevent blisters and control odours, helping to keep feet both fresh and free from pain.
How Do I Use the Orthotic Arch Support Insoles?
To use the RX inserts, place them in your shoes with the green side facing upwards. If the insoles are a little too big, they can be trimmed down to size.
How Thick Are the Orthotic Arch Support Insoles?
The insoles have an arch height of 25.8mm (1"). The heel thickness measures 6.29mm (1/4").
How Do I Wash the Orthotic Arch Support Inserts?
The Spenco inserts can be hand washed in warm water. They must then be air dried before use.
