What Kind of Arches Do I Have?

- Wet your foot and step onto a surface that will allow you see the print of your foot once you have taken it away
- Low arches will be indicated by the print showing your whole foot
- Medium arches will be indicated by the print showing a clear outline of your foot, with the ball of your foot and your heel connected by a strip
- High arches will be indicated by an extremely thin, possibly disjointed line connecting your ball of foot and heel markings
