Well worth the extra money. The heel cushioning is great and well needed as I am on my feet all day in work boots. Good plantar support and arch support, although the arch support takes a bit of getting used to. Great product and I will be buying more for my other shoes
Great to hear from you and thanks for taking the time out of your day to leave a review with us. We're always happy to hear such positive feedback from our customers.
You are correct that your foot will sometimes require time to get used to the new correct level of support and protection. It's great you've finally found an insole that works for your feet.
Many thanks,

Excellent Insoles

Excellent insoles. Really supportive and comfortable. Shock absorbing and perfectly shaped for comfort and support and to keep your foot securely in place in your shoe / boot. I recommend these to everyone; great for improving all musculoskeletal-skeletal issues and posture, not just plantar fasciitis and such a great price compared to having them made by a podiatrist. I prefer these to my £400 ones!!
I do a lot of walking with my dog, about 60+miles a week and have developed plantar fasciitis. I have tried various insoles some ok some just don't work and are a total waste of money. These are fantastic fitted my walking boots well with slight trimming and gave me relieve from foot pain on first long walk. Will definitely buy again.
Had these a few weeks now and although comfy once you get used to them, I have not noticed any improvement in my plantar fasciitis at all so far, perhaps it’s early days?
Bought this item due to really bad pain in my heel. They arrived really fast and after a quick trim to size I fitted them in my boots. They felt odd at first which was explained on the website. I only wore them for short bursts over the first few days....as you might do new shoes and they soon felt more comfortable. Wearing these combined with some stretching exercises and ice packs has seen off the pain and I am free to walk normally again. I would certainly recommend anyone try them if they are suffering from plantar fasciitis.
These insoles are well made. At first, they feel very hard on the feet but this is the support you need if you suffer with PF and you do get used to them. They are expensive but better, in my view, than the half size orthotics which can slip down into your shoe.
