How to Fit and Mould your Sole Softec Response Insoles
To get the best fit possible you can heat mould your Sole Softec Response Insoles to the exact shape of your foot. To do this:
- Place the insoles in a pre-heated oven (90°C/200°F) for 2 minutes
- Take the factory insoles out of your shoes and put the Sole Softec Response Insoles in
- Step into the shoes and stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart for 2 minutes
The Sole Softec Response Insoles will also mould to the shape of your feet over time, if you don't have access to an oven or don't want to heat mould them.
