How Thick are Sof Sole Gel Insoles?
Sof Sole Gel Insoles are a full length insole that remains almost entirely flat, giving you proportionate absorption across your entire foot. The heel is slightly thicker than the rest of the foot as it accommodates an incredibly absorbent shock resistant pad that provides the heel with ample shock support.

If you find that your Gel Effect insoles are a bit too big for you, then they can be trimmed down a bit at the toes. It is advised that you use your shoe's existing insole to trace around for an optimal fit.
