This is the 3rd pair that I have owned and being a sufferer of plantar fasciitis, these are the only insoles that make a massive difference to my life and make it possible for me walk pain free. Would recommend these to anyone
In principle I am very pleased with these soles. I was recommended them by my chiropodist. I bought 2 pairs, but so far have only put one into use. The problem I have is that because they are 3/4 length they do not seem to grip the base of the shoe very well and they slide around when walking. I am considering returning the second pair, with the intention of buying a full length pair in their place. I think they may stay better in place.
Bought to help with my overpronation. Have bought the full inserts before for walking shoes - this is the first time trying the 3/4 inserts to switch between different shoes. Fast delivery, item as described. Have tried them in a few different pairs of shoes and trainers and the inserts have fit them all easily. Can feel the inserts under my arches but not painful. Too early to tell if they're helping, but everyone loves an optimist.
I paid for a private appointment with a podiatrist to assess my feet and ankles. I'm pronated, particularly on one side. Anyway she recommended a couple of brands and I decided on Powerstep. I walk A LOT, it's my job. Anyway the insoles have solved the issue. The only problem is that they're not a permanent fix and I'll have to keep buying them as they wear out.
Relieved my PF pain without creating the additional referred pain that the full-sized equivalent did. Feels a bit weird to have no support under ball/toes but works!
