Instructions for Use

The Pedag Drop Metatarsal Supports should be situated just behind the toe joints. To find the right position inside the shoe follow these steps:

  1. Remove the release liner only a little and place the pad inside the shoe
  2. Then put the shoes on and walk around
  3. If the pad does not feel comfortable, reposition it and try again
  4. Once it feels comfortable, completely remove the release liner so that the pad securely adheres to your shoe

Once you get them in the right position they're quite effective but its really tricky and takes several attempts to get them in the right spot.

different pads
Tuesday, 7 September 2021  |  Philomena

Previously I'd had the polyurethane pads which are currently not available in my size. These are slightly smaller and softer and I'd prefer the others. However these have a leather covering which extends around the pad and hopefully may prevent them slipping with wear as the others did after some months. Delivery was rapid and efficient.

Relief from neuroma
Wednesday, 12 August 2020  |  Karen

I have Morton's neuroma in both feet and bought these to replace the ones i'd been given by the NHS, which had started to disintegrate. I have one pair fixed in my sandals, and one pair fixed to insoles so I can use them with different footwear. They are softer than my originals but that makes them more comfortble and they work really well - it means I can walk without pain.

I bought these to help with Morton's neuroma and use them in walking sandals. It took a while to get them in exactly the right position but they have greatly increased the comfort level.
