The CurrexSole CleatPro Medium Profile Dynamic Insoles are designed to give your feet the support they need to avoid injury and boost performance, especially when using sports boots with cleats or studs. These insoles are perfect for people with regular/standard foot arches but we also offer them in Low Profile and High Profile variants.

Are These Medium Arch Insoles?

These medium profile insoles are designed to support those with an average height foot arch. While average feet provide better impact relief than flat feet or high arched feet they are still at risk from intensive or repetitive exercise.

The CurrexSole CleatPro is available in six sizes that should suit most users. To achieve a perfect fit, you can trim your insole slightly at the toe. For your size, simply match your shoe size to the chart below.

Are These Insoles Available for Different Kinds of Feet?

All CurrexSole Insoles come in three varieties to give the best support to all kinds of feet:

• Low Profile Insoles for low arched feet – Low arched feet have a minimal arch or no visible arch at all. Low arches are ineffective shock absorbers and prone to injury.
• Medium Profile Insoles for medium arched feet – Medium arched feet have an arch stretching from hell to the ball of the foot. These feet are effective at reducing shock, but are still at risk of injury after excessive or intense physical injury.
• High Profile Insoles for high arched feet – High arched feet have a distinct arch stretching from heel to forefoot. These arches are often more rigid and less able to absorb shock, which can lead to injury.

Which Type Is Right for Me?

If you are unsure about which arch is right for you, an easy fitting guide is to attempt to place an index finger beneath the arch of your foot while standing upright:

• If there is room to spare you should use High Profile Insoles
• If the fit is snug you should use Medium Profile Insoles
• If the finger cannot fit you should use Low Profile Insoles

An alternate test to find out your foot type is to walk over brown or coloured paper with wet feet. the imprint left by your foot should depict your arch height, as shown in the diagram below:

What Is DAT (CurrexSole Dynamic Arch Technology)?

3D DAT (dynamic arch technology) is a dynamic bridge made from a nylon composite. To reduce the risk of overload, it supports the mid-section of your foot and minimises excessive movement.

Not only does this dynamic arch reduce the risk of overload, it stores energy and makes your stride more efficient. This added benefit makes the 3D DAT technology a real boon to all people looking to improve their performance.

Can I Wear The CurrexSole CleatPro Insoles with Formal Shoes?

Your comfort needn't end on the sports field. Since they are lighter and narrower than RunPro insoles, CleatPro insoles are actually perfect for use with formal lace-up shoes.

This product is normally dispatched by Royal Mail. The normal delivery expectation of this service is 1 to 3 working days.

When ordering before 2.00pm (Monday to Friday), your item will usually be dispatched the same working day.

We offer free delivery on all orders of £40.00 and over. On orders below £40.00, a £3.95 delivery charge is applied.

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit

Using Your Shoe Size

For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.

Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.

Measuring Your Current Insoles

While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.

To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
2. Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
3. Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

Where Can I Find the Dimensions?

The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit

To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:

1. Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
2. Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
3. Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
4. Carefully cut along the traced line
5. Your insoles should now fit your shoes better

Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.
