Ultimate Performance Spiky Massage Balls

Settle down and relieve the tension in your feet after a long day with the Ultimate Performance Spiky Message Balls. This purchase comes with two manual message balls designed to target tender areas deep within the muscles, ligaments and tendons. These massage balls are especially useful for eliminating pain and tension caused by plantar fasciitis.

Key Features and Benefits

  • FIRM (blue) massage ball gently loosens tight muscles
  • SOLID (black) massage ball for deep, stubborn knots
  • Spiky design helps kneed knots and stimulate blood flow
  • Manual handling allows you to control the depth of massage
  • Relieves soreness and fatigue in the back, legs, hips and feet
  • Ideal for relieving foot pain caused by plantar fasciitis
  • Assists with muscle recovery after workout to prevent injury
  • Increases flexibility and promotes a healthier posture

Who Can Use the Ultimate Performance Massage Balls?

If you find that your feet tend to ache after exercising, then these message balls can help rectify that pain. This manual massage treatment effectively restores tender muscles, tendons and ligaments by reducing lactic acid and promoting blood flow. The massage balls can be especially useful for:

  • Runners
  • Sporting athletes
  • Muscle injuries
  • Plantar fasciitis

What Does Each Ball Do?

This purchase comes supplied with two massage balls, each with a separate purpose that helps muscle restoration. The purpose of each massage ball is as follows:

  • Firm (blue) ball: Soft, but firm spikes provide a gentle massage to loosen the muscles and promote healthy blood circulation.
  • Solid (black) ball: Solid spikes penetrate deeper into the muscle tissue in order to iron out stubborn knots for greater pain relief.

Manual Massage Control

As a manual massage tool, you get to control the depth of the massage to suit your needs. Need a gentle warm down after an evening run, or a deep kneading that goes down to the bone? You can have both whenever you feel like with these incredible massage balls.

Improves Flexibility and Posture

Stimulating the muscles on a regular basis makes them stronger and more flexible, which helps to foster a correct posture. Good posture has a huge array of health benefits, such as improved breathing, digestion and energy.

Great for Plantar Fasciitis

If you suffer from plantar fasciitis, then you know how painful it can often be. Thankfully, these massage balls are great for alleviating pain and discomfort so that you can continue your day as normal.

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit

Using Your Shoe Size

For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.

Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.

Measuring Your Current Insoles

While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.

To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
  2. Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
  3. Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

How to measure your insoles

Where Can I Find the Dimensions?

The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

What If There Are No Dimensions Listed?

If you do not see the dimensions listed on the Product Details tab, please fill in the form below and we will work to get the relevant information as quickly as possible. We will email you once we have the information that you have requested.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit

To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
  2. Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
  3. Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
  4. Carefully cut along the traced line
  5. Your insoles should now fit your shoes better

Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.
