3pp Toe Loop

If you suffer from claw or hammer toes, you may experience discomfort or pain, especially when wearing shoes. You may also find them getting frequently caught against objects as you walk. To remedy this, the 3pp Toe Loop fits neatly over the toes and helps to stabilise them by holding them in a natural position. If you are trying to straighten your toes or stop them from curling under, this is an ideal strap for you.

How Many Straps Will I Receive?

The 3pp Toe Loops are available in either a pack of 5 or 25. You can make your selection using the drop-down box at the top of the page.

Sizing of the 3pp Toe Loop

3pp Toe Loop

The toe loops are supplied in the following sizes (width x length):

  • Narrow: 2.2 x 4.1cm (7/8 x 1 5/8")
  • Wide: 3.1 x 5.4cm (1 1/4 x 2 1/8")

These measurements apply to the toe wraps themselves, not the size of your toes. The Narrow size is recommended for smaller toes, while the Wide size is recommended for larger toes.

Who can Benefit from the 3pp Toe Loop?

The straps are designed to hold the toes in a straight position, making them ideal for correcting crooked or rotated toes. By strapping two or more digits together, it can help stabilise them and therefore improve a range of conditions including:

  • Claw toes
  • Hammer toes
  • Mallet toes
  • Over-lapping toes
  • Friction injuries

How Does the 3pp Toe Loop Work?

By holding your toes in a straight position, the 3pp Toe Loop encourages a healthy alignment and prevents bent toes from getting caught on objects as the user walks. Lined with thin, dense foam, they can also prevent friction injuries by creating a barrier between your toes and your shoes.

How Do I Apply the 3pp Toe Loop?

To apply the 3pp Toe Loop, simply slide the support onto a toe that is in healthy alignment, then loop it around the toe or toes you would like to correct. You can then secure it in place using the adhesive strap attached.

What Kind of Shoes Can I Wear with the 3pp Toe Loop?

These wraps are impressively thin despite offering such durable support. They should therefore be easy to wear with most types of shoes.

Can I Trim the 3pp Toe Loop?

Sometimes, the support may be a little too big to fit on certain toes. In this case, they can be trimmed for a more tailored, customised fit.

Can I Reuse My Support?

You don't have to throw away your support after each use. They can be washed whenever necessary to maintain hygiene and ensure they last as long as possible.

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit

Using Your Shoe Size

For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.

Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.

Measuring Your Current Insoles

While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.

To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
  2. Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
  3. Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

Where Can I Find the Dimensions?

The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

What If There Are No Dimensions Listed?

If you do not see the dimensions listed on the Product Details tab, please fill in the form below and we will work to get the relevant information as quickly as possible. We will email you once we have the information that you have requested.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit

To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
  2. Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
  3. Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
  4. Carefully cut along the traced line
  5. Your insoles should now fit your shoes better

Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.

3pp Toe Loop

The product works very well once you work out how to use it. Very comfortable. Maybe a short explanation on how to place the product around the toes, would assist users.
