The product is well made, sturdy and properly packaged. It comes with instructions as to how to use them. I personally found them a little obscure but after fiddling with the location, I sort of found the right spot. The main issue for me is that the product doesn't stick to the insoles and therefore moves as your foot moves. This made it really uncomfortable for me and I took them off after a few minutes. My intention was to use them in my cycling shoes and if any good, I would have used them in my running shoes as well. As it is, I will persevere with my bike shoes and see how it goes.
Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review with us. We appreciate hearing from you and are sorry to hear you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Rehband QD Metatarsal Pads come complete with a "peel-back" film that covers the adhesive side of the pad. Once this is peeled back, the sticky side should be revealed, allowing you to stick your pads down in the desired location.
If you're still having issues after following these application instructions, we would love to hear from you. Please don't hesitate to get in contact directly if this is the case.
Kind regards,

Experimental purchase
09 February 2022 | Elisabeth
I bought these experimentally, knowing that I had metatarsal problems. However when I put them loose in my shoes inside my socks, I found them very uncomfortable, and thought maybe I need something similar but less extreme. The NHS podiatrists are very busy and I am not sure I can describe my problems over the phone to the shop advisors
Sorry to hear you are still experiencing discomfort. We actually have a similar product that might suit you as they are flatter. They still provide targeted metatarsal relief, fitting on to an existing insole to bolster the level of support it sounds like you're after.
You can take a look at these domes by clicking this link: https://www.shoeinsoles.co.uk/basic-metatarsal-domes.html
Again, thankyou for taking the time to leave a review with us.
Many thanks,

Moves around

Unfortunately the sticky back on these is not sticky enough and moves when I put my foot into my walking boot
