Therm-IC ThermicSole Perform Heated Insoles (Clearance)

Does your performance suffer in the winter months? You are not alone - we all experience that to some extent due to the body absorbing the heat in order to protect the vital organs. While this makes sense - breathing is more important than cold toes - it affects your performance. The reduction in temperature also means you are at a higher risk of an injury as the muscles are not so effective when they are cold.

What if that didn't have to be the case? With Therm-IC ThermicSole Perform, heat is constantly released from the tips of your toes and warms the whole of the foot, improving your performance and reducing the risk of an injury.

Who Can Benefit from the Therm-IC ThermicSole Perform?

The way the insole stabilises and supports your foot makes them ideal for a large number of people. They are particularly suitable for those undertaking sports such as skiing, snowboarding, cycling or hiking in the cold weather because of the warmth that the insoles provide.

This warmth also makes them ideal for use for people with Raynaud's Disease. This is because the restricted blood flow makes the foot feel cold whereas the insole can help to keep the temperature at a more regulated one.

Features of the Therm-IC ThermicSole Perform Heated Insoles

The soles are anatomically shaped to provide the best fit to your feet, ensuring the heat is distributed across the whole of your foot. The warmth helps the fibres in your muscles maintain their tension, which helps the foot to function better rather than losing this ability.

Therm-IC ThermicSole are not just shaped to your feet but also have a 3D shape to them which provides better support for your feet. With the soles being fitted to your feet in such a way, your balance is improved, which in turn helps to distribute the power and force in your feet more equally rather than placing pressure on one place.

The Therm-IC ThermicSole are made from a high-quality insole material that helps to keep your feet warm. They are controlled using impulse control, releasing the heat in a constant manner from under your toes. EVA foam is used to construct the insoles, providing supportive and comfortable insoles that cushion and protect the feet.

Please note that no batteries are supplied with the Perform Heated Insoles.

Technical Details

The insoles are unisex and are available in a range of sizes, from UK 3 - UK 12. If you are on the borderline of a size, it is suggested you go to the next size up to ensure comfort and support for your feet.

Therm-IC ThermicSole are a blend of grey, white and red for a stylish look as well as warm feet.

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit

Using Your Shoe Size

For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.

Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.

Measuring Your Current Insoles

While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.

To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
  2. Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
  3. Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

Where Can I Find the Dimensions?

The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

What If There Are No Dimensions Listed?

If you do not see the dimensions listed on the Product Details tab, please fill in the form below and we will work to get the relevant information as quickly as possible. We will email you once we have the information that you have requested.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit

To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
  2. Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
  3. Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
  4. Carefully cut along the traced line
  5. Your insoles should now fit your shoes better

Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.
