Very pleased with these insoles.

Fast delivery, don't really feel pressure on my normal height arches when standing,but I can when walking,so a little lower than others I've used, would like to try the green for comparison, anyway love the solid firm support and have helped my lower back and knee pain when walking..

A very comfortable pair of inner soles that definitely helps my Achilles tendinitis.

Having purchased a full length insole, which did not resolve my problem at all, I was surprised that these inexpensive gel inserts have helped very much, but only on one foot! The other foot has a bunion on it, so am not sure if that affected it's usefulness. That foot is still very painful.

I would have to say that the delivery service of this product was very good. Unfortunately, although it was a well made product, they were not what I needed. The description stated that they were suitable for people with metatarsalgia. I found them very hard at the base of my foot and did not support the ball if my foot at all. With hindsight I realise I didn't need such a full insole. It's a shame as I've wasted £21!
