Noene Atlas Carbon Insoles

The Noene Atlas Carbon Insoles are ergonomic and flexible insoles designed to suit all types of sport shoes.

The Noene Atlas Carbon Insoles are made from a combination of different materials designed to absorb impact and support the foot. The special Noene material is strategically placed to absorb the impact in the heel and metatarsal. Other materials include the airfoam and drytech fabric which allow the feet to perspire properly for maximum comfort and hygiene. Carbon fibre and kevlar have been inserted into the foot arch of the Noene Atlas Carbon Insoles to provide greater support, preventing feet from getting tired and preventing excessive over pronation.

The Noene Atlas Carbon Insoles are the ultimate insoles for all types of performance footwear, ideal for use during sports such as tennis, squash, running, netball and more.

What is Noene?

Noene insoles are high-tech insoles, manufactured using a revolutionary material, which is capable of absorbing and then dispersing shockwaves generated by walking or jumping. These insoles can be used to protect your joints, when practising sport, at work or in your everyday life.

Noene insoles absorb and disperse most of the harmful impacts and vibrations, keeping them from spreading through your body. The diagram below shows the change in impact absorption when using Noene insoles.

What is Noene material made of?

Noene is a type of rubber, which has particular characteristics that make it different from traditional elastomers, thanks to its internal structure and special composition. The main property of the Noene material is its viscoelasticity which makes it an excellent shock absorber. This viscoelasticity and the capacity to absorb shocks allow it to absorb and then disperse energy. The diagram below shows the shock absorption difference between Noene and a traditional elastomer.

Noene was created for the heavy industry sectors that needed to reduce the wear and tear caused by heavy machinery vibrations. It is also used in some racing cars, high speed trains and even the Milan underground system, to absorb vibrations that could damage the structure of the "Duomo di Milno".

Who Can Use Noene Insoles?

Noene Atlas Carbon Insoles are suitable for both men and women and give great joint protection during exercise, suitable for professionals or amateurs. These Noene Insoles can be ideal in work and everyday shoes too, people who stand and walk a lot for their jobs would definitely benefit from the support and cushioning. These insoles are also ideal for those experiencing joint pain, arch pain, collapsed arches and more. A complete list of other conditions that would also be suitable is stated below.

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit

Using Your Shoe Size

For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.

Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.

Measuring Your Current Insoles

While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.

To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
  2. Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
  3. Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

Where Can I Find the Dimensions?

The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

What If There Are No Dimensions Listed?

If you do not see the dimensions listed on the Product Details tab, please fill in the form below and we will work to get the relevant information as quickly as possible. We will email you once we have the information that you have requested.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit

To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
  2. Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
  3. Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
  4. Carefully cut along the traced line
  5. Your insoles should now fit your shoes better

Trace the outline of your existing insoles
Carefully trace the outline of your insole

Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.

If you would like a more detailed guide to trimming your insoles, please read our full guide on How to Trim Your Insoles.
