Formthotics Dual Density 3/4 Length Insoles

The Formthotics Dual Density 3/4 Length Insoles are designed to give a professional level of support and excellent level of cushioning of everyday comfort and rehabilitation of some common foot conditions. The Formthotics Insoles are made from two layers of foam, a top layer made from soft foam, providing cushioning and comfort to the user, and a bottom layer providing support and strength. We recommend seeking medical advice before wearing these insoles

The Formthotics Insoles can also be heat moulded and customised to suit the patient. This customisation must be carried out by a foot care professional.

Features of the Formthotics Dual Density 3/4 Length Insoles

These insoles utilise Formax Foam, made from a range of high grade proprietary thermo-formable polyolefin closed cell foams made specially for Formthotics. The main foam is proprietary polyethylene foam which is firmer more resistant to heat and will better hold a moulded than EVA. it is non-porous, flexible, lightweight, supportive and resistant to fungi and mould whilst also being hyper-allergenic.

Shock Stop foam is also used. A totally unique and revolutionary hybrid EVA polymer foam, it features maximum shock absorption and cushioning, reducing impact on muscles, joints and tendons.

There is also the option of having your Formthotics customised by a foot care professional for ultimate, tailor-made comfort and support. Formthotics can be thermoformed to the plantar surface of the foot (or on a positive cast) at temperatures and pressures that can be utilised in the therapists’ office. This is due to the unique material that they are made of and the milling (vs. compression) method used in their manufacture.

Formthotics Dual Density Insoles can also be milled to shave down or have posts added to further customise the insoles. Customisation must be carried out by a foot care professional.
