Had plantar fascia a few years ago and was given these free by the NHS doctor after a steroid injection. Since then the condition has never returned. Not sure if it's totally down to these insoles but it's not something I'm going to take a chance on. Quite expensive as I have for different types of footwear, running, walking, daily and work boots. Its sad they don't do 1/2 sizes. I replace them each year. Not sure whats going on with the size 3 surplus atm, lol!
This is the second pair of these insoles I have purchased. They have really made a difference to my aching knees and ankles. (The original set of insoles are still going strong, so I would say that they are well worth the money. ) Transaction was easy and delivery was speedy, so great service too.
I bought these because I wasn't able to run on concrete due to agonising shin splints from the shock. I have absolutely no issues now and can run harder, faster, and longer with ease. Super comfortable - i love them.
Title pretty much covers it. These are my 15th different insoles and are by far the most effective. I now have four pairs and rotate them between my different shoes. I use them for Nordic Walking, Hiking, gardening, fishing, walking to the shops, standing in socially distanced queues... not been dancing in them yet but will do. The ones with the additional heel support are better than the plain flat ones, IMHO.... worth the extra expenditure. Happy feet
Unfortunately the ridge around the heel of the insoles makes my foot push forward in my shoe and makes my heel slip in and out. This is not rectified by tightening the laces. I do not think these are a good design, for me at least.
Having reported this to the supplier a full refund was provided without any fuss.
