What is Heel Pain?

Heel Pain is a common complaint for anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet, and general discomfort in the heel area is to be expected after any activity that has pushed your feet to their limit. With a little care and attention Heel Pain or any type of Foot Fatigue is easily cured and your feet can be back to their normal selves in no time, but these painful warning signs are probably alerting you to the poor fit or unsuitable style of shoes you are forcing your poor feet into. Take heed, because ignoring heel pain and/or taking no measures to fix the root of its cause can lead to the far more unpleasant Plantar Fasciitis.
