Formthotics Firm Density Blue Insoles

The Formthotics Firm Density Blue Insoles are ideal for everyday use and for use during sports such as football, rugby and skiing. They are designed to provide an effective orthotic solution for use in a broad spectrum of applications, including the treatment of the knee, heel pain, shin splints and Achilles tendon injuries.

Features of Formthotics Firm Density Blue Insoles

Formthotics Firm Density Blue Insoles are manufactured from 'Formax' - a high grade formable closed cell foam design specifically for these insoles.
Firmer and more resistant to heat and will hold a moulded shape for longer than equivalent EVA foam used in other insoles. A non-porous, hyper-allergenic, anti-microbial top coating designed to be resistant to fungi and mould helps to maintain freshness.

ShockStop foam is also used. A totally unique and revolutionary hybrid foam designed for maximum shock absorption and cushioning, it helps to reduce impact on muscles and joints. The top layer deflects impact 100% more than standard foams.

The Formthotics Firm Density Blue Insoles are '3D milled' from a block of foam - not compressed or injection moulded like many other foam orthotics. Milling the material from the lateral edge builds support on the medial edge and provides longitudinal, lateral and transverse arch support under the metatarsal heads. This means that Formthotics have the correct amount of foam in the right places to provide optimal support for the skeletal system of the foot.

The Formthotics Firm Density Blue Insoles can be heat moulded to give a unique, custom fit insole solution, we advise that this moulding be done by a foot care specialist. The Formthotics Firm Density Blue Insoles are ideal for use as a total foot contact foot orthotic which is achieved by thermoforming the device and fitting to a patients foot. This process delivered huge benefits in the effectiveness of the support.

Who Can Benefit From Wearing the Formthotics Firm Density Blue Insoles?

Anyone who feels they need medical grade support or a custom fit orthoses to help them with comfort, rehabilitation from a foot condition or for sporting performance could benefit from these insoles. The Formthotics Firm Density Blue Insoles are specifically designed to give excellent medial and lateral arch support with a low profile design to fit into slimline shoes and sports boots without raising the heel out of the shoe. The Formthotics Blue Insoles are suitable for those with some common foot conditions such as Plantar Fasciitis, shin splints, heel pain, knee pain, over-pronation and ankle instability.

We recommend seeking medical advice before wearing these insoles.

Whenever I buy a new pair of running shoes I always buy these insoles to go in them. I am 60 years old now and have been running competively for over 35 years and I'm sure that they have prevented me getting any foot or leg injuries for all those years. I have spread the word to other runners about the merit of buying these insoles. They are very good I believe.

Finally my feet have stopped giving me constant pain.
It took a few hours for my feet to get used to them but now my feet are getting the correct support they need.
